چکیده
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a widespread endocrine-reproductive-metabolic condition with severe implications for females’ health. The role of four essential parameters on PCOS, including Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) represented by the HLA-B*0702 allele, anti-Follicle Stimulating Hormone (anti-FSH) antibodies, anti-Luteinizing (anti-LH) and vitamin D3 was investigated. A total 100 samples were collected from Kurdish women attended Maternity Teaching Hospital some private hospitals/laboratories in Erbil City October, 2021 to January, 2022. genotyped using PCR-based technique specific sequence primers. levels anti-FSH anti-LH antibodies determined an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), while measured Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) test Cobas e411 immunoassay system. Odds Ratio (OR) 2.167 at 95% Confidence Interval (CI) 0.8167 6.330, indicated link between allele risk PCOS. Anti-FSH significantly greater PCOS patients, notably infertile women, than healthy controls. significant positive linear correlation observed against FSH LH patients. Most patients controls had hypovitaminosis D3, difference (P-value 0.01). results that associated susceptibility could be used as immunogenetic marker. It also supported idea are naturally presence instead signs autoimmunity. Women suffer more prone develop deficiency.

متن کاملAnti-Müllerian hormone in women with polycystic ovary syndrome.
Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is a glycoprotein produced in the granulosa cells of the ovary. It is involved in the regulation of follicular growth and development. AMH serum and follicular fluid concentration is increased in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which correlates with the extent of ovarian dysfunction and clinical manifestation of the syndrome. It is unclear whether the h...

متن کاملP-85: Effect of Metformin on Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) Level in Women with Infertility and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Background Women with PCOS have increased AMH levels due to accumulated preantral and small antral in follicles. Ovulation improvement following decrease in levels of AMH could accure in these patients. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of metformin on anti-Mullerian hormone levels in women with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility MaterialsAndMethods This randomized cli...
